This policy explains the personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and your rights in relation to it. We collect personal data in two ways: when you submit our contact form, and through Google Analytics, which measures how visitors use this site.
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, and message content you provide. This data is processed in order to respond to your enquiry.
The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries from prospective and existing customers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or, where your enquiry relates to entering into a contract with us, the steps necessary prior to entering that contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Form submissions are processed using Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, which transmits your submission to us by email. Formspree may process and briefly store submission data as part of delivering it to us, and applies automated spam filtering. Further information is available in Formspree's privacy policy.
We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to address your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, after which they are deleted.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, such as which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, and general visit patterns. This helps us improve the website's content and presentation.
Google Analytics processes usage data (pages visited, time on page) and communication data (IP address, browser type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address).
The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving how our website performs (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data collected by Google Analytics is processed by Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, Barrow St, Dublin 4, Ireland, and may be transferred to and processed by Google entities outside the EEA, subject to Google's standard contractual safeguards. Further information is available in Google's privacy policy.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
